Thanks for all the help in the process of having the ring made, both yourself and the others that I have had dealings with within your organisation have been a pleasure to deal with and I am very appreciative of how smooth and helpful you and your colleagues have made the process and accommodated my needs.

I went to the post office to grab the parcel this morning, and recieved in my hands a medium sized box.... hmmm... strange... its.... bigger than i thought!!
I carefully unhitched the bubble wrap and held quite a unique presentation box... upon opening that box I found another! and then finally the ring. I sat in my beat up rusting car in the morning sun outside the postoffice and was literally blinded by the flashes of colour reflecting off the diamond.
I was initially interested in your company as my choice for an engagment ring because your site steers away from the now prevalent tacky and fanciful image of offering "amazing deals on diamonds and gold". Not only was your site easy to use, but during the entire process I have been guided through in a courtious and professional manner at every stage, from diamond selection to the delivery.
Yourself, your company and the business you do is a credit to the jewellery industry.
I also had a hidden desire that I wasnt going to just recieve a ring in a ring box... It was a treat to find that you (mindread?!) go that extra mile to impress your clients. But it should be said this has been your outward goal the entire way.
Thankyou
Chris
Duchess Engagement Ring Review
Simple elegance defines the Duchess diamond engagement ring from 1791 Diamonds. The Duchess features a lovely marquise diamond set across a band of either 18kt yellow gold, 18kt white gold or platinum.
The distinctive oval shape of the marquise diamond offers a stunning alternative to the traditional round brilliant diamond shape for diamond engagement rings and is particularly well suited to someone with long, slender fingers. An added advantage of this fancy cut is a marquise diamond tends to emphasize its carat weight, making it appear much larger than it actually is; the result is a striking diamond ring for less cost than other traditional diamond cuts.
The marquise diamond cut is said to have been commissioned by Louis XIV to commemorate the smile of his beloved Marquise de Pompadour, and the Duchess design certainly encapsulates a regal and romantic air.
