My experience with 1791 was perfect. I found the whole website easy to use and love the fact you can pick and choose what ring you like and what diamond as well. I was a little unsure with what I was buying without seeing it first hand although when I spoke to a 1791 representative her recommendation was clear and very informative. Delivery of the ring was excellent and the whole process was very simple. When the ring arrived it was better than I imagined.

Your staff came across as legitimately interested in my personal endeavour to create the perfect ring & at no time did I ever feel like my input wasn't valued or incorporated.
