Buying the ring online was easy, you have a good set of pictures and the ring that arrived was exactly as pictured. The communication about expected delivery time was great and you have a good level of personal service. It was a bit frightening putting the money up for something this important unseen but when I could see that you were an international company and I also saw that other people on some forums had good experiences with you in the past I knew it was a safe thing to do. Hey Ardouin,

I really big thank you for all your hard work getting the ring to Hong Kong in time.

My good friend got the package on Thursday and ended up bringing it on a boozy night out with him not knowing the true contents of the package eeeekkkk haha!

The proposal went exactly like I was hoping for on top of a mountain overlooking an Island I grey up on. G didn't see it coming a mile away! She absolutely loves the ring and wouldn't want to change a thing about it. And to make everything just perfect the fit of the ring is spot on!
